Senado Square Guide
The 3700m Macau
Senado Square or <I
Si Ting Chin Dei> has
always been the city centre, most of the
travelers they live near the
senado square because here
you can find 1000s of classic and modern shops. The buildings
around Largo do Leal Senado are neoclassical in style because Portuguese influence it was strong in
Macau, until 1999 that the Portuguese government
transferred sovereignty of Macau to the People's Republic of China.
Senado Square, was built in 1784. The
Square in general provides a clear example of the multicultural
dimension of the Macao community. Near the
Macau Senado square I
meet Mo one of the older taxi drivers in Macao after a lot of
bargain we agree to 40 dollars for a day trip to the town.

Macau
Senado Square
Guide -
Is
one of my favorite places in Macau.
In this square you can find a lot of shops and
restaurants. Is most popular venue for public events and
celebrations.
I loved all the buildings in the
square and is remind me of Europe as all of
them have Portugese influence. In the end of the
square stands St. Dominic's Church, a marvellous example of
baroque architecture. Is also good for find cheep
hotel here we find a room with about 15 dollars.
