Wat
 The big moment of the dream is be come truth this was the time
that I am going to pass the gate for the lost city of Khmer. The country that today is call Cambodia is only a small piece from the
great empire that Khmers build, they was control the biggest part of
Indochina. From the start of the 13 century the empire composed in
them kingdom the Cambodia, the south Vietnam, the Lao and the
Thailand. From the time of Javararman the second an till the middle
of the 15 century the empire was famous with the name kingdom of
Camboujia or kingdom of Founan, the name Camboujia is come from the
Indian Brahman Cambou the English word Cambodia is coming from his
name. A lot of people in Cambodia they believe that all the roots of
Siam is coming from the Khmers. Angkor is one of the most
mysterious historical place on earth for many years was forgotten in
the eyes of the west civilization. France rulers was the first
westerns that they explore Angkor and they was listening legends and
stories for temples that the was living Gods and Giants the most of
the colonials they not believe the local people when they talk about
the legends.
After years one France minority, is
brig to the light the lost city in 1819. Hendry Mahout, one a France
botanologist he start researches and restorations programs.
In the
start of the research they believing that the temples was not create
from the Cambodians but from another Ancient tribe that was living
there 2000 years ago.
But this theory was proof incorrect because the
archeologist they fix all ready piece by piece the history of Khmer.
Today everybody knows that Angkor was the capital of Khmer empire.
The try of this restorations was end in 1968 that the war of Vietnam
begins. The Hinduism and the Chinese effect was intense in Cambodia
that's why
Angkor wat is very seminal with the
temples that they found in north India and the Nepal. Today
many archaeologist from all of the world they protect and they
restore Angkor because many secrets of Khmer history is still not
found. My tour in Angkor was finish with the best way on the top of
the hills you see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
For me the trip in Cambodia it was a trip back in time there that
one of the biggest empire in Asia was setting for many years.
